The Prescott Rodeway Inn is a decent value for a clean, comfortable, no-frills stay. The room was nicely updated, and the location was convenient to downtown Prescott, including Whiskey Row, shopping, and dining.
The biggest downside was the noise. Street traffic was noticeable, and we could hear neighbors above and beside our room.
Overall, it’s a reasonable option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay near downtown and don’t mind a little noise.

I travel alot and in the Prescott area this is the most affordable property right next to a circle k with amazing ownership, customer service and all the basic needs. It's a 3 minute Uber ride to the casinos and the best place to stay in Prescott.
I've stayed there over 20 times since 2024.

Unbelievably dirty room. The floor blackened my feet immediately upon taking shoes off. Clumps of hair in corners. Toothpaste on sink.
The kicker was the unflushed toilet.
A cheap motel shouldn’t have nice amenities. But it SHOULD be clean!

First I wanted to say the staff we met were very nice and helpful people. Having said that, THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! First the sheets looked dirty and stained. I asked an employee for another set of sheets. She assured me that the sheets were clean, but they are very old and stained. The bathroom door wouldn’t close because the door frame was broken. The tub looked terrible but in fairness it also may have been clean but very stained. In any case we choose not to use the shower just in case. It’s also a very noisy place due to traffic and some of the other patrons, but again, in fairness, you can’t really count the bad patrons against the hotel. We were booked for two nights but we decided not to stay the second even though we still had to pay for the second night because apparently our booking was a two night discount deal. The place was so bad we felt it was worth it to essentially pay to leave and so we did. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.
