Excellent location for me and my pup!!

I spent my days hiking and riding my MTB. The location was excellent. We spent many hours at Thumb Butte. Tons of trails just minutes from the door great for hiking and biking. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I loved the backyard. Lots of shade and a nice place to hang out with my dog for meals. The doggy door was a huge bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Sanctuary at Thumb Butte! We felt right at home the moment we walked in the door. Truly, this is a turn key vacation place. The kitchen is complete, the linens really nice and it has all the comforts of home. The backyard is peaceful as well. We will be back!

Nice family retreat

We had a great time at this lovely house escaping the heat and experiencing Prescott. My dogs were able to come and hang out in the fully fenced yard.

Christmas Getaway

We all had a wonderful stay. The property was clean & welcoming. We all had enough space so that we weren't bumping elbows when moving about. Beautiful outside area as well.

Great vacation home

So close to downtown Prescott and down the street from hiking at Thumb Butte. Spotless, stocked with everything you would need and a great backyard with shade trees too! Sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

Nice Property with Lots of Amenities

Our group of 4 adults really enjoyed this house. Lots of room to spread out, lovely private backyard with covered patio table and shady trees. Lots of amenities and fully stocked kitchen. Good location with short drive to Courthouse. And smart tv with lots of viewing options.

The home was absolutely beautiful. Super clean and relaxing. The yard was perfect to hang out and watch the kiddos play. The location was close to everything but still made you feel you were away in nature and the neighbors were super friendly and welcoming! Could t ask for a better experience. We will be back

Updated, beautiful home.

We were pleasantly surprised by the property and all the extras provided by the homeowners. The home is quite large for the area with the bedrooms and two bathrooms. It had a beautiful kitchen with every imaginable accessory available. Two great coffee makers, including coffee and filters. There were snacks on the counter for us and a manual with instructions for all of the upgrades like how to turn on the fireplace. We enjoyed playing board games by the fire each night. The backyard was well kept with patio lighting and a nice table to eat breakfast. The beds were comfortable, there were more than enough towels, the tvs were easy to use, they even had comfy blankets to use while watching a movie. An added bonus was the proximity to the butte area. A quick, one mile ride up the road and you're at a trail head for great mtb riding. We needed to reach out to the owners while there and they were very responsive. We would not hesitate to rent here again.

Nicely Updated Home with Carport

Beautiful recent improvements to this property which are accurately depicted in the photos! Having a Carport large enough to accommodate our pick-up truck was appreciated as it rained several times during our stay making the front door stick but also making for a lush green fully fenced backyard which our dog loved; we enjoyed the patios! Be advised the next-door neighbors have yapping dogs. The A/C works well but is loud. The Queen Master bed is comfortable but the Queen guestroom mattress takes some getting used to. The Full in the 3rd bedroom appears to be a good bed but we did not use it. Great walk-in shower! Nice dishes, glassware, and pots & pans. All appliances, small and large, work well. I appreciated the corner desk in the family room addition as work follows me; good Internet connection. We appreciated the 1/2 circle drive to exit onto Thumb Butte. We would recommend this lovely home! We appreciated Renee communicating with us promptly, and Eric & Renee sharing their updated home with us!

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and dogs came to Prescott for a graduation and the home was perfect in every way. It was stocked with everything we needed, perfect location- close to everything and the backyard was a dream for our dogs. This was our second time staying here and we will be back without question!

Perfection!

This property was fantastic! Everything advertised was super accurate, comfortable, clean, accommodating, and convenient. Our host was personable, accessible, welcoming and so kind! Her Christmas decor set the atmosphere for this most important holiday. It really feels like home. The kitchen had every gadget you could want. The back yard was closed in and safe for our pup who was enamored with birds in the trees overhead, friendly neighboring dogs, and the most polite, adorable children next door who lost their football over the fence a couple times. The site was 5-10 minutes to downtown for incredible eats (breakfast is great!). Courthouse central was lighted to the max for Christmas cheer made for lovely walks through crisp air and happy chats with similar visitors. Home was accessible to everything a person would want. Being on Thumb Butte Rd we were literally three minutes to incredible hiking! We took the loop drive to majestic vistas off Thumb Butte. Took a drive to Sedona for lunch at our favorite restaurant. The Dells are incredible, Watson Lake is wonderfully unique and beautiful. It's not possible to be disappointed here. Great place for exhilaration and/or total relaxation. Pure Bliss!

Great location and great property

Highly recommend this property if you’re staying with family. Everything we needed was already at the house and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the small appliances you’d ever need. The backyard is very peaceful. Close to town but also quiet neighborhood to relax.

Perfect little getaway

This is a great house for a quick getaway to the pines. It’s perfect for 2 people or 6 people. Remodeled with nice furniture and decor. Fully stocked kitchen and the house has plenty of space. Close to DT Prescott but just enough off the beaten path for some peace and quiet. Darling backyard, we will definitely stay here again.

Prescott Baseball Tournament Trip

The house was exactly as the pictures and description showed. It was clean and had all the typical household supplies you need if you forget something. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.
