"The place is so well done; you enter a kitchen with upscale Cafe' appliances and repurposed stone top island, the living room is spacious and comfortable (especially for the size of the house), a nice dining space, and three smaller but nicely done bedrooms. The matress in our room felt firm and high-end so I assume rest of the beds were as well. The bathrooms had new looking upscale tile and shower heads. The second bathroom entry through the first not always the most convenient but having it also enter from the outside/deck did make it a very good option to access when coming up trom the lake vs having to track through the house. The beach area was very nice; not the soft sand like might be typical in a more northern site but the kids still found it ideal for hours of play and digging. The thing that really made this beach the best was the four high end andirondack chairs that we could use to comfortably sit for hours watching the children and enjoy the view of the lake. And then there is also the large grassy yard suited for almost any type of yard game or activity. If you only need a three bedroom house and don't need a great deal of extra shared space then I think this place would be really hard to beat."

"Clean, well-equipped, beautiful house with a perfect aesthetic connection to the lake. A large deck overlooking the lake, with a second smaller patio right above the doc under a magnificent sheltering tree. The dock had a stairway into the water for easy access to the lake for older guests. This part of the lake is noted for its clear, algae-free water with soft sand. "

"I reserved the house because I needed to produce a video on “safety at home”. The house was extremely clean. I had multiple communications with John, the house manager, and he was always quick to respond. The bed was clean and comfortable. The home is very tastefully decorated. The people in the neighborhood are very friendly. There are a few places in town to go out to eat."

"Everything was great. The host responded almost immediately to every message. The house was just perfect. Enough room so each family had their own private wing. Loads of dishes, pots and pans, glassware everything!"
"We had a great time! Jeff was easy to communicate with and accommodating to our group. While the property is beautiful, folks should know you cannot swim at the dock. We did rent a pontoon which provided lots of swimming opportunity and fun! Thanks again for a great stay!"

"Overall the house was amazing, right on the water! Was a relaxing getaway weekend by the lake with family and friends. Only ran into a few issues while we were there:- When we arrived all the doors were unlocked and we were at the house the entire time until Saturday night when we were out in Lake Geneva. Unfortunately it was the middle of the night when we realized the passcode for the door didn’t work and were locked out for a bit.- The pier does not have a ladder and there is lots of tall seaweed so you’ll have to swim out quite a bit to clear it.Other than that, Mario was very responsive and the house was great!"

"We booked the house for 12 adults and 2 children for four nights. Communication was perfect with Jeff and he gave us good advice on where to rent the pontoon and where to have some delicious meals. Check out the restaurant next to the boat rental. Fresh fish was the nights special for dinner. Twin lakes boat rental dropped off and delivered the pontoon right at the edge of the water. Same with the return. We all caught plenty of fish. All of us had a bed to sleep in and plenty of space with each other. The family room is big and spaciousness and the back yard is incredibly large to play some games in or to just sit out by the water. I have read the reviews about spider webs outside and yes there are spider webs but they seem like the kind to return if you brush them right off, which is what we did. The basement is colder than the first floor but that is exactly how my house is too in the summer time. Jeff was kind enough to let us check in early and that was a real gift. My grown kids live all over the place and it was nice that they didn't have to deal with rush hour to get to the house since Jeff let us in earlier. We arrived, loaded the refrigerator and went back out to have fun. l'll add that if you have a toddler bring your own high chair or booster seat and a gate to prevent them from going into the basement. I would rent again from Jeff. We were comfortable, plenty of parking in the circular driveway and his kindness really mattered. Thanks Jeff."
