“This was by far our favorite stay in all of Greece including Athens, nafplio, Paros and Santorini. It is a Hyatt brand and built on top of what was an old, ancient minoan village. They did A great job maintaining the original characteristics of the site, including Stone that's exposed, which is beautiful. there are two beautiful pools as well, and the Villa had more space than we needed, a beautiful kitchen, updated bathrooms and a private hot tub on our deck, one of our decks, LOL. “The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! ”

“Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. “Everything about hotel was 5 star , rooms , amenities , staff , location . Literally boutique hotel close to everything. Only draw back was we stayed Saturday with our room facing water , bar next door blasting music till 4 am . Thought it was odd that they included ear plugs in their welcome amenities. Once again , property and staff amazing . Just do not book a room on that side of hotel on a Friday/ Saturday night .”
