"I felt completely spoiled during our entire stay! They have thought of almost everything and the service was excellent! It was our first visit, and definitely a splurge, but it was a joy to stay there! We ate in the restaurant one morning and enjoyed room service the next, and to be honest, I enjoyed room service so much more! Everything arrived hot/cold and exactly as I ordered it, and the hostess Eva was especially friendly and kind! I also loved the noon checkout because my husband was in a meeting all morning and I didn’t need to ask for a late checkout. The history and architecture of The Jefferson have been preserved and highlighted! What a gorgeous property!"

"At the arrival we couldn’t find any parking spot at the Hotel. So we had to drive around and wait until someone left and we were able to park the car to start the check in process. Staff is friendly! The room wasn’t spotless clean but it was ok for 2 nights however the beds were very small ( twin size) . All in all we enjoyed staying at Berkeley hotel in Richmond VA. Hope we’ll have the chance to come back again! "

"We stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was convenient to Colonial williamsburg and they also offered a free shuttle to the area. The staff were friendly and very helpful, when we needed assistance. My husband enjoyed the pool very much. I would definitely return and bring my grandchildren next tine."
