All in all this place is great and I will come here again if I come back to Richmond. The property is great and definitely safe. Only complaint is they have a Keurig in the room under the TV with a power outlet behind the tray when you slide it out but you cant put the plug in the outlet and it isn't hooked up even if you could force it in. It's fine though because you can move the entire tray and plug it in right beside the TV. I also wish there was more coffee/tea in the room but these are...

I arrived during a huge storm and the wifi was out making it really hard to check people in. Ben was amazing and went the extra mile to make sure I, and my daughter who is in a wheelchair, got a room on the first floor that was handicap accessible. Since we couldn’t print out room keys yet, he walked us to our room and let us get settled while they waited for the Wi-Fi to come back on. Room was very clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. That's all we wanted since we were just there for a quick night. The breakfast bar wasn't anything special so if breakfast is a big deal to you plan on eating somewhere else. A bagel and a cup of coffee was fine for me so no complaints here. Price was very fair, would book again in a heartbeat. Also plenty of restaurants close by.

We had a wonderful experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond/Virginia Center this past weekend. My husband and I were given tickets to a show in the area and decided to make a weekend of it. The room (king bed) was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was by far one of the largest hotel bathrooms I had seen in a while. The front desk was kind and helpful. The trip was fine. The hotel was well appointed and clean and located close to the event we were attending. The only thing was the parking was a little confusing. Also the pillows are very soft.

The receptionist was courteous, personable, and very flexible with late check out.

The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful! I left a dress I needed for a wedding I was flying out for there and they overnighted it to me. So incredibly nice!

Check in and check out was quick and easy. The hotel was very cute and so clean. Our beds were comfortable. We were there for a show at the Altria Theatre and it was an easy walk. There are many restaurants in the area also.
