“Room was freezing and in need of a simple chair. There were pleny downstairs but not in the room. You need a chair to dress and put shoes on. Also when you finish riding you don’t want to sit on the bed. Also kitchen needed a drying rack paper towels or dish cloths. Beds were comfortable and location great. View of falls wonderful. Does the tv work downstairs?”

“This was our first stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites. We reserved two rooms and checked in late. Our destination was Chattanooga, Tennessee, and this location was conveniently situated halfway on our drive from Norfolk, Virginia. The front desk staff who assisted us was very friendly and courteous. He was also very helpful when we needed assistance obtaining coffee from the lobby. I would rate this experience five stars if not for a small issue: I noticed a dried, sticky substance on the blanket.……

“I booked this hotel with the expectation of a pool. Booked it in May and come to find out the pool has been being renovated since November and no where on the website does it say that!! No one from the hotel contacted me to let me know. And then they wouldn’t refund me anything for not having all the amenities! They have lost my business and we normally stay here once a year on our way to vacation!!”
