"Restaurant never open"

"Pool was broken/closed, hairdryer broken and almost caught on fire, construction directly above our room and was extremely loud. Not only not allowing us to rest, sleep in, but also scaring us every 2 minutes. We were told that vegetarian gravy would be available at the breakfast, and there was not any. We were told that there would be oatmeal and there wasn’t any. there was not anyone there to restock the breakfast or get us items we needed. We should have been told ahead of time that the pool was closed and about the construction. "

"The outside of this motel did not represent the inside. When I arrived I thought I had made a mistake booking. The room was very nice and clean. Everything in the room was new. I will book here again when I come back. I would like to see the outside cleaned up. I think it would definitely help with business for people driving through looking for a place to stay. My overall experience was good though. Nice attraction either way you go. And the mountains are absolutely beautiful! "

"Room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Smaller room but very nice. Dinner and bourbon bar was very good with nice selection. Comes with free breakfast which is home made eggs bacon and biscuits and gravy and a few sides. Way better than the same usual hotel breakfast. Staff was amazing with the personal keys to the castle feel "
