You will LOVE how close you are to everything, yet once you’re home, you will escape to a world away and a restful night’s sleep. Sleeping quarters are located downstairs away from the blinding morning sun. You will most definitely need to set an alarm to wake up in time for brunch!
Siren’s hideaway has been renovated recently with new appliances, full-sized washer/dryer, Central AC and Heat for year-round comfort, 2 beds (one King, one Queen), an open dining/kitchen area, and oak flooring. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and a tumbled stone back splash. Our lower level features the living room, the 2 beds each in private rooms (one with full size window and one with a sliding door to the outside), and a full bath with shower/tub combo.
Siren’s Hideaway comes with a stocked kitchen, new linens, fresh towels, awesome artwork, fast WiFi, Cable, 2 large 50” TVs, and a private separate entrance to the unit. We’re in a building with three other condos all of which are rentals also utilized by their owners (so everyone keeps their condos really nice and welcoming).
Deeded outdoor space for this rental is limited and there is no grill. Our pathway to the unit is beneath a beautiful canopy of tall bamboo, and we have an outdoor countertop and stools right outside the entrance to the unit. The countertop is technically common to the building, but nobody else uses it. The stools are ours. All other decks and grounds are deeded to other units within the building and are not common. The benefits of this unit are that it's quiet, comfortable, spacious, dog-friendly, private, centrally located, and mere steps from Commercial Street and the Beach!
