Great location, property is a little older

Location and price were excellent. The property is a little older and run-down, like many places in Provo. Communication and check in/check out were great.

Caution

The property was very difficult to find and difficult to access. It is located on a very busy 3 lane Rd. with one-way access. In order to get anywhere one has to leave with a right turn only then loop around and return via the highway to get back to the property. The property itself on the outside looks unkempt as though it is abandoned. It explains why there were no exterior photos in the listing. The interior of the property was clean and adequate. It is cooled only by window unit air conditioners, which were not adequate for the task so the unit was very hot. I had to move out early due to maintenance issues in the unit and discomfort with the AC as well as finding insect infestation in the unit. I would not recommend staying here until it’s been cleaned up.
