"The communication with the front desk was great. Anthony helped me get instructions on how to arrive from the airport, using public transportation and get to the hotel. He also upgraded my room when I arrived. I decided, because of a street festival on the street that the hotel was on, that I wanted to cancel my last night after 3 wonder days and that was done quickly and efficiently. The hotel is clean and quiet and accessible to restaurants. I had a wonderful time!"

"Clean and modern, small room but perfect for a quick couple of nights. Staff was friendly and helpful but not overbearing. The ironing room was a nice surprised and helped us out in a pinch while getting ready for a wedding. Location was fantastic, walkable distance to great coffee shops, book stores and restaurants. Would stay here again for sure."
