"Overall the apartment was very nice with wonderful views over the city and mountains, but there was one very big issue with the lower level bathroom. At some time the water heater must have leaked and caused the ceiling to collapse. This must have happened some time ago judging by the mold on the surrounding wall/ceiling. Although this didn’t prevent me from trying to use the shower, I did discover however that the hot water supply had been turned off, I assume because of the leaking water...

"Nice room and well equipped. Pool require to have a proper maintenance from the management, in order to have a clean and clear water in the adult pool site. Possible to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom.. otherwise the smells of fungus and the stuffiness are very obvious."

"Amenities within the unit are excellent, good view, good shower, excellent cable TV channels, excellent outdoor swimming pool, good location - easy access to shopping areas, easy fast check in / out Property should have proper signage indicating Bali Sea View Residences as the front main signage in Malay is misleading. There should also be proper signage for the office. the office looks more like a site store or junk store leaving me to go around the complex 2 rounds. Getting to the correct lift...

"The management of the apartment, was good very good and prompt communication. Although some flaws are there the TV box has limited channel and there isn't a clothes hook in the toilet. The best part a pool table, and a acarde machine to relive the old those good old game KOF, Metal slug puzzle bubble and more.. 1945, had wish i had more time there. Nearby has good cake shop and massage parlours after a long day walking around, and breakfast place downstairs are delicious too. "

"Condominium MCST shut down a lift caused disaster of waiting. Pool hidden sharp edges caused my kids bleeding. Entrance and exit of condominium during peak hours is crowded!!"
