“This is one of the most beautiful properties on the island! Rooms are extremely clean. 97% of the staff are very friendly, but the 3% staff are the servers at the restaurant. Bar tenders are fantastic! The restaurant food is subpar with terrible waiters.”

“This is as small property with a laid back vibe. Not your typical all inclusive resort. It is an older property and dated but that is what gives it charm. The only complaint is the small shower, but we knew about that prior to our visit. No biggie! Rooms are very clean! The staff are great and the food is hands down the best we have ever had at an all inclusive. It is not gourmet, but good food done well! No buffets here! Make sure you meet Big Dog at Iggies. If she does not put a smile on……

“The entire hotel lost power and forced us to move to another hotel that was not all inclusive. No one from the hotel even communicated that we had to move hotels until 10 minutes prior and they told us we would get a refund and we are still waiting and they haven’t responded to any correspondence! Very disappointed!!”

“The property was beautiful! If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay this is the place. Otherwise nothing going on”

“Gorgeous property but too spread out. We were in a room along the ocean but had to walk about a quarter of a mile each way to the beach and breakfast. The pool near us was closed for renovations so we would have had to drive up or request a courtesy shuttle up to the main house in order to use it. Not a very convenient situation. The Terrace restaurant was closed so for dinner we had to eat in the rear restaurant. Disappointingly, there were only 6 entries available to choose, of which 2……

“Everything was amazing! It will always be my go to when I come to visit.”

“Great place ! Friendly staff ! Good vibes !”

“Very clean, great parking and the breakfast was good.”

“I enjoyed my trip. My stay was excellent. The ocean view beachfront room was a plus. Clean right on the water, staff was very attentive to my needs and no problem handling issues.. check was great the front desk lady Shaun was very patient and kind.. I will definitely recommend this resort and I will definitely book again if I have another trip here”

“The room was nice, a little outdated, but the view of the ocean made up for it. It was very clean though. There was a kitchenette, bathroom, living room and kitchen all in one space. It was all just open (except the bathroom that obviously had a door.) Make sure you really like the person you’re going with because the space is tight! The bed was so comfortable though, we slept like babies when we were there. If you want to use the pool no one tells you that it is up on a hill and you have to……

“I stayed for a night after a long travel. Room was clean, comfortable and cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful. I loved the overall experience and will be going back.”

“I wish it had a balcony to over look the harbor”

“La estancia en el hotel fue simplemente excepcional. Desde la atención impecable del personal hasta la comodidad y limpieza de las instalaciones, cada detalle estuvo genial, superando todas nuestras expectativas y haciendo de nuestra visita una experiencia inolvidable.”

“Room was not there when we arrived even though we arrived 5 hours after our check in time so we had to wait another hour. They do not clean the room if you dont stay more than 8 days. The deal breaker is charging 2x for fees they did not state on their booking info and not responding to the messages i have sent them.”
