“Perfect for a few days, may not work as well for longer periods of time. Kitchenette is a good description, almost no counter space; host might be able to gain some space by stacking toaster oven atop the microwave. Patio is well-landscaped and comfortable, but has several single steps that are not obvious and lead to falling hazards as these are not marked. Similarly, the entrance gate latch does not work well and the path across the grass is not well-lighted.”

"This was my third time staying at the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my previous visits—and that’s not to say I didn’t enjoy myself this time around—but the staff seems to be either working under excessive stress or something else is going on, because they aren't pleasant at all. I don't mean to imply that *everyone* was like this, but at the pool bar—quite apart from the fact that the line to get a drink is incredibly long—the gentleman who served us was not pleasant in the slightest. And in the hotel lobby, at the ice cream shop, the attendant couldn't even bring herself to make eye contact or say good morning."
