“Housekeeping is very good very proactive and when I am always putting down the curtain they open it one day to let me see the good view as I have thought my room has no good view initially. The restaurant staff are very busy but one early morning when I need to pack up to go the expatriate chef come out to ask me whether I need to pack coffee to go too and he uses Chinese. I was thinking as they are so busy I better not ask for coffee to go but the staff are very proactive ”

The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place.”

“Alisa was very attentive to our needs to make sure we had a great stay. She welcomed us to the hotel and told us about the different amenities. We had a great time at Shanghai Banyan hotel! The view was amazing at the top and our room had an amazing view as well. The customer service here is top tier from the doorman at the front to the cleaning ladies. Everyone here was so welcoming and nice!”
