"We never got to meet Monia, as she was away, but her brother, Mauro, took excellent care of us. He met us at the bottom of the hill and escorted us to the house and showed us around. "This was the last of three properties we stayed at in Umbria. It was everyone's favorite. We stayed there for four nights at the end of April and easily could have stayed there for a month. "This property was as advertised. My only suggestions would be to actually meet us at the site and check us in versus walking over to the office, especially for first timers to Orvieto, who are not familiar with the streets and also to consider offering options we could hire to get a ride/taxi to the property. After arriving directly from the U.S., the walk was not 8 minutes. We had luggage and it was up hill almost the entire way and on cobblestone. That said, the unit worked well for us."
