"Room was clean but definitely needs a bit more thorough cleaning if it’s an actual 4 star hotel. Vents were covered in dust and the floors were sticky. Elevator was also covered in fingerprints. We also had loud guests wandering around late at night. Needed more available bath towels. Front staff were friendly and helpful. Really convenient location close to SM North Edsa and Trinoma."

Evidence of water damage and swelling on doors even on a top floor. Windows did not open. End tables so tiny you might as well not have them. The walk desk looked chewed--really doesn't matter.
