The property is very modern, clean and the amenities are very convenient. It’s also close to the train station for easy access to transportation.

Staying at Grand Monday Ginza was extremely relaxing. We felt very provided for and welcomed during our entire stay. The amenities they offered more than covered our needs. The washing machine and dryer combo worked well and instructions were provided clearly! The kitchenette was well stocked. The Nespresso machine and free flowing of the pods as requested were definitely a nice touch. The room and amenities were as advertised. The staff even went above and beyond and provided a graduation gift token for our daughter, as the trip was for her. They even remained calm and collected even through two earthquakes we experienced while inside the hotel during our stay. Grand Monday Ginza was conveniently located to multiple shops and restaurants. It was quiet despite the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. There were plenty of umbrellas provided for guests when it was raining and sadly was half the time of our stay. It was a home away from home. If we stay in Ginza, we will pick this one again! ps. getting Uber from the hotel to the airport was fast and easy!

Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.
