Even though it said on its website that they had a SPA continuously, it was closed for the day we went (tuesday); double check that. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth taking. "No es un hotel 5 estrellas, pero definitivamente si regreso a Hakone regresaría a ese hotel, todo el personal fue muy amable, trataban de ayudar y resolver todo lo que preguntábamos, nos ayudaron con el transporte y auxiliaron de cómo hacer un tour, tienen onsen privado, 10/10"
