Clean, friendly staff and nice place

I absolutely LOVED how clean EVERYTHING was!! From the tub to the windows!! This was THE best stay I have ever had in ANY hotel!! The staff were INCREDIBLE and SUPER friendly!! I felt very safe and comfortable!! The bed was SOOOOO comfortable that I struggled to get out of bed to leave!! You could hear the bed whisper begging you to stay and not leave!! I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE visiting Amarillo!! It was close enough to everything but far enough from all the noise!! 10/10...

We stayed at this location on three different nights and we had sausage links for breakfast all three mornings. You should consider adding bacon to the breakfast menu. Thanks jm

The most amazing customer focused service. Such a beautiful place to stay while in Amarillo. We loved everything about it.

Clean and comfortable

Property was very clean as well as room. Staff was exceptional. Pool was great. Breakfast looked great, but we did not participate. Coffee was excellent We will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was great !!!! Rooms were great 👍

Always a pleasant stay! The full breakfast buffet is very good and included! Happy hour with complimentary drinks. You don't need to leave once you get in

I love the welcoming environment in the lobby area. All the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean.

Ended up stranded in Amarillo on our cross-country roadtrip due to car trouble. Booked this late at night, and arrived to meet friendly front desk staff who were kind and attentive. They directed us to our room, which was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for. Dove bath products, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and even free breakfast. I took a long, hot shower. The water pressure and temperature left nothing to be desired. The bed was the perfect balance of firm...

Great quiet location.

Wonderful stay

Check in was ok. Breakfast was okay. We got there around 7:30 a.m. and there were many people vying for the limited supply of hot foods and coffee. We had yogurt and pre-packaged muffins and juice that were not popular items. The area is nice and there are good restaurants with a free appetizer to Saltgrass Steakhouse. Convenient location.

This is a new hotel on the East side of town, just off the I-40 exit (and next door to the famous Big Texan steakhouse). It was super convenient to pull right into the parking lot after a long road trip. It was remarkably quiet-being so close to the freeway.

The staff we very kind and courteous. Enjoy the morning breakfast, except the eggs seemed a little bit runny.

I called 4 - 5 times with different questions & concerns, & everytime i believe it was someone different, but everytime they were ALL very friendly, very helpful & very patient with me. The room was also very clean.Thank you all for such great customer service!!!
