"All staff was courteous and helpful except for the man that supposedly checked us in on the morning of our arrival. the breakfast was disappointing since all the eggs and meat and protein was at a cost and the breads and cereals were of course included.yes the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful but compared to our stay at Rarotonga resort and lagoonarium, I was disappointed. I should have researched more thoroughly before I booked the stay."

"For the price range this is an excellent place to stay. Room was very clean and tidy. Beach access is easy to a nice beach. Swimming pool is excellent and very well maintained. Location is good, very close to Black Rock which is one of the best swimming spots and has food trucks with great burgers and the best coffee we had in Rarotonga. Cooks Oasis is also very handy to the airport and town. Property is set back from the road so it is nice and quiet. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were amazing and went the extra mile to ensure things were easy for us with our little one. We stayed at other places within the same price bracket and found this to be better. A great place to stay, highly recommended. "

"For five nights I enjoyed my well appointed suite, which had facilities for laundry, cooking, outdoor bbq, and patio. The outdoor patio had covered areas which were great during the occasional rains. There was an inside shower and an outdoor soaking tub. Many sliding doors with screens allowed cross ventilation, and it all could be closed at night for cooling with the mini split. The outdoor pool area also had two smaller hot tubs. Though there was a breakfast area in the common area, breakfast was by prearrangement, and I did not take advantage of that. Spa services were available, and a bicycle was also available for hire. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Though the villas are not on the main island tourist bus route, it is about a 1km walk to one of the main intersections. The Saturday market is about a 24 minute walk. To trader jacks, 27 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The house was so comfortable and has a lovely peaceful vibe. No neighbours, view of the beach, huge deck where we spent all of our time, Comfy sofas inside with really nice decor - furniture and paintings etc. Aesthetics were great. Really comfortable beds and nice linen. We didn't need 5 star - it's a house not a flash resort but it had everything that we were looking for. The important things. Comfort, peace, tranquillity, views, beach and easy on the eye. Great cafe just down the road to the left 1 min drive - amazing food and coffee. 5 min drive to the right is the fish and chip van which had the best fish I have ever tasted and great salad too. This was the best holiday accommodation I have experienced and as soon as I can I will be back. This is the first review I have ever written!"
