“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Hotel elegante, camera altrettanto elegante, curata e con ogni comfort. Posizione eccezionale, centrale, a due passi da tutti i monumenti e a pochi minuti dalla stazione, ideale se si arriva in treno. Nonostante la posizione in pieno centro è una zona assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa.
Colazione a buffet ricca e gustosa. Personale cordialissimo, gentilissimo e molto disponibile per qualunque necessità. Lo consigliamo assolutamente!”

“Room was kept spotless by conscientious staff. Building itself is an inconspicuous but once inside is quite stunning. It even has a chapel with rosaries and we once walked past when they were saying the rosary. Rooms are basic, but there’s lots of hot water bedroom needed a waste paper basket. beds are very comfortable and I slept well. breakfast is luscious, lots of choice.
