“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Early checking”

“The location was ok and the service was nice. However, the receptionist told me that the mortgage fee had been refunded to me. I haven’t received the refund of the mortgage payment for a night til now. Could you do me a favor to ask Hilton Garden Inn that what’s going on? Many thanks and looking forward to your message. ”
