"The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. The only complaint I have is I wish I could have stayed longer, but vacations do have to end. Multiple pools and hot tubs on property, disney is only 25 minutes away. Could not recomend them enough.
