"The room was lovely, modern and very clean and the parking is conveniently located. Basic continental breakfast just adequate to get the day started. Student dining hall is definitely the best option if you want a full hot more complete meal but overall the stay at Hotel UMass was great."
"Overall, a pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean, spacious and in order.
The hotel provides a centrally located beverage area with free coffee and tea.
There are several restaurants with walking distance and more just a short drive away.
Convenient to the highway and numerous attractions. And very budget friendly."
"The 'barn door' to the bathroom 'rolled open' on its own initiative. There is no way that I could see to latch it shut. Did not need the wall unit for either AC or heating."
"Ryan and Sarah were such kind hosts! The room was sparkling, the breakfast delicious, and the whole experience was lovely. Their home was so charming and whimsical; it feels like something from a movie.
The room was so cozy and the gas fireplace lent the best ambience. Breakfast was served in the sweetest breakfast room and the presentation was lovely!
Ryan and Sarah gave us recommendations of places to explore in town and were so helpful with every need we had.
We will absolutely stay again! Thank you so much Ryan and Sarah for such a magical stay!"
Lakefront; view of ski mountain, firepit, dock, kayaks, paddle board
8/10 Good
"Nice cottage on the lake. Cottage is small as advertised, but is clean and has updated kitchen & bath. Watch your head if you sleep in the loft! The furniture is OK but would be nice if updated. Some of the blinds are in need of repair. Convenient to Wachusett Mountain. Would rate 9/10 overall."
