We didn't have any issues with the house so we didn't need to contact the owner but I am sure that he would have responded quickly and resolved any issues right away. The house was very clean and had enough plates, cups, glasses, etc. for a large group. Loved the large shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was in the bathtub and shower. We didn't get to use the hot tub, BBQ or the firepit. But we made good use out of the patio. The area was very convenient with everything we needed close by. It was also a quiet area to stay in. There was even detergent to use when doing your laundry. We were in Red Deer for a funeral and it was nice to be able to invite family members over to visit which we would not have been able to do in a hotel room. Everyone who came to visit was amazed at how nice this place was for a rental. Very homey. I had my 97 year old mother with me with slight mobility issues. All she had to do was climb the 7 steps to the main floor then everything she needed was there with a bathroom right outside her bedroom door. The key lock box was easy to use and nice that we didn't have to worry about losing keys. Very clean and comfortable and the house is so bright and cheery. The fenced backyard is a nice size for our pups to run around. We arrived to find a box of fresh Cobbs scones and a full Kirig coffee pod stand of Tim Hortons coffee pods…a welcome treat!
