“THIs is a lovely historical property built in about 1874. It is well preserved and has period wall coverings and ceilings including a gilded ceiling and a living room with course burlap over bright copper sheets. The bright copper was added in 1903 when electricity was installed. The wattage of the bulbs was low and the copper improved the light performance.
