"Awesome staff"

"We looked for the pool, it was dirty and didn’t run until the 5th day. The sprinkler system leaked 2nd floor, a few rooms down they smoked pot every night, I had a broken foot and the 5th and 6th day( our last day) the elevator was broken. The room had a broken toilet paper holder that was barely hanging on. The dresser had bent handles, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We wanted to look for another hotel, but we had a package deal and spent our budget. We would have had to use our extra spending money to go somewhere else. We decided to tough it out and stay. Definitely wouldn’t stay at another one of these hotels….."

"Booked based on rating. No where near rating. Elevator was broke and they put us on 3rd floor. Three of the women over 70 years old. Couldn’t move because of non refundable. Very disappointed. "

"The bed was horrible, broken! Appeared to be homeless persons on property charging their devices! Breakfast was questionable and not much available! Awful experience!"
