"The host was really rude and violated our privacy but listening to out private conversations on the cameras and screaming at us thru the cameras and told us that we had to vacate the property for having a service dog when vrbo's policy says that u dont have to disclose that u have a service animal and she was real shady and didnt want to refund our money after harassing us and bothering us until 2:30am in the morning until we decided to leave becuz we couldn't deal with it anymore smh"
