"This house was extraordinarily clean with great linens and well supplied.Our only problem is that when we extended our stay for one day they changed the code and didn’t give us the new one. We had to call while waiting outside the house at night to get the new code. Other than that this house was fantastic"

"Loved this home. Perfect location to feel tucked away by the bay, surrounded by trees, yet close enough to shops/restaurants when needing to get groceries or eat-out. Also, a great base location for driving to other parts of Cape Cod. Very spacious with plenty of rooms/beds and bathrooms for a large family. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings and walking down to the beach. Unbelievably gorgeous views out every window, especially at sunset. Host responded quickly when questions asked. Check-in/check-out super simple and laid back. "

"As you already know, I was met with unusual circumstances of the home, not being ready. It was damp and cold as the day was a chilly fall day, and it didn’t look like what I had rented. The heat issue still existed when I came in the next day. The heat would’ve been a nice touch to give a welcoming sense of. I’m glad you’re here. There were so many amenities wonderful for an active family as we were attending a wedding we were responding to an external schedule Until we could relax and enjoy the beautiful location."

"The location defies description it is so beautiful. The water is steps away, there is ample sunny areas and plenty of shade too. Additionally there is shopping, dining and entertainment within minutes. Complete privacy as neighbors are barely visible. The house itself is clean, modern and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen, ample bedrooms and a large enough dining and gathering area for our entire party. I cannot recommend this home highly enough!"

"We have stayed at this property several times now. In addition to a quiet location that's still near everything, it has the indoor pool that the kids love. Plus a firepit and the dock outside. Hosts always have excellent communication and are responsive to questions. Laundry on site, lots of towels, and a great place to relax. Would stay here again. "

"clean and spacious. the home worked well for our needs. close to our wedding venue in a nice neighborhood. the pool area was nice but unfortunately we were too busy to enjoy it for a longer time. the only thing I had negative to say is that it was put as a 4 full bathroom and one 1/2 bath. There were only 3 full bathrooms with one 1/2 bath. It was like hide & seek as I looked for the fourth one. We were still happy with the home. It had everything we wanted."
