“We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 years and 25 of them have been at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodge. We love the atmosphere, its proximity to things to do (breweries, wineries, hiking, shopping, P-Town, restaurants), and the view of the water from every room. The rooms with the kitchenette make it very homey and inexpensive. And the people who run it are always so welcoming. Oh and this place is super dog friendly, which we love.”

I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. “Very comfortable and wonderful location in Falmouth, close to the dining and shopping. It's also is also within walking distance to the free Steamboat Authority shuttle bus to get to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket Island. The staff was super helpful.”

“We stayed here for three days on Memorial Day weekend. The king size bed was excellent as well as the table 2 chairs and a couch. We’re planning on coming back when we need to find a place to stay. That’s not really expensive. And had a microwave small refrigerator like under the counter, but it was a larger than what you find in other hotel rooms. If you just looking for a comfortable place without being on the beach and paying over price hotel rooms, this is a good find”

“We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room was still not ready. We were told that they were under new management as of the day we checked in. They were also not able to provide us with a key upon check-in so when we returned from dinner we had to walk all around the building to the front entrance to get into our room (without a key the other entrances were not accessible). We feel that we should not be charged the additional "facilities fee" for the inconveniences.”

“整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。”
