The Space: \*2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 restroom downstairs. \*2 Queen beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. \*Washer and dryer available in the unit. \*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. \*Dining area open to living room. \*Sheets and linens provided. \*Free WiFi and cable TV available. \*Pets are not allowed. \*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. \*Towels are provided for showers only. Guest Access: \*Guests will have the entire place to themselves, owner is not on premises. \*1 parking spot in the back next to the house. \*NO mailbox for this location. \*Washer/dryer available in the unit. The Neighborhood: Very quiet neighborhood with multiple residential units, close to the beach and the center of the city.
