“Pros: recently decorated room, comfortable firm bed, clean white cotton bedding, reasonably quiet, great view of river, free and plentiful continental breakfast with cereals, muffin/croissant, toast with jam & cheese, yoghurts, pleasant and helpful staff. Cons: room needed more detailed cleaning, shower head was stuck in holder and hard to adjust, skimpy tea & coffee in room & no decaf coffee, TV subject to atmospheric interference and channel hopping a challenge (maybe new batteries in hand set……

“OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these……

“Amazing little place. We actually live in Ryarsh and now live abroad and wanted somewhere local. This place was a gem. Staff were amazing, accommodation, and food was fab as well (breakfast included). Accommodation was very nice, we could easily have stayed here for a few nights. Thanks for a short sweet stay! “stayed here before and love the place. The room is tastefully decorated as is the house. The bed super comfortable and sheets top notch, so smooth and cosy. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Hosts friendly and helpful as always. Cute seating area in the garden, plenty of parking and easy access to town, public transport. Will definitely stay again.”
