"We were locked in the parking garage after arriving late. There was no hot water in the bathroom when I wanted to bath and the bathroom lights would not turn on. There was no staff present and the self check in was very inconvenient. Was not for us."

"Very good location and just across the museum. Staff were very helpful. Only issue we had is the air conditioning as we had to open our windows during the evening to be able to sleep. It was spring so maybe they had to control the temperature."

"The hotel was most accommodating, from check in to check out. Staff were super friendly and resourceful. The room was very comfortable, and quiet. Location is primo to old town and train station. We had excellent breakfasts at the hotel, wide selection of items, and staff were helpful with preparing my omelette and encouraged to take coffee to go. If our hotels for the rest of our journey through Europe are even close to the Cologne Hilton we will be very happy! "
