“The double bed was more spacious than expected! The front desk staff seemed annoyed and weren’t super helpful with the locks, which are hard to open and make a lot of noise all night. The showers were full of hair and mold too unfortunately. Many hallways smelled like sewage. But the air conditioning was nice in the main sleeping room. The location was fabulous and close to grand via and Malasaña shops. Worth it for location and travel on a budget but don’t expect to feel super clean!”

“I couldn’t find the place at the airport shortly after midnight. There was no signage and no one I asked could help. I was directed out of the airport to the hotel across the street! Never used the sleep pod. Awful experience.”

“Very easy to check in, clean and modern WC units, pods themselves were not claustrophobic because of fairly tall ceiling. The kitchen with fantastic coffee machine and even air fryer was very much appreciated.”
