"The main point is for the cost we were expecting a luxury boutique hotel - the hotel is RUNDOWN, the walls of our room looked like we were living in a half finished renovation, the bedding was sub-par polyester duvet and pillow stuffing, the paint everywhere was peeling from ceilings inside and out ..."

"I would have liked an additional safety lock on the room's door. Also, guests tended to leave the "guest only area" door wide open so they wouldn't need their key card to get to their rooms - a security issue for me."
