"We stayed for four nights while my granddaughter played in a tennis tournament at the Rome Tennis Center, which was only a mile or so away. Rocky's house was nice and spotless, in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. It was well stocked with everything we needed. My family and I had a fantastic, fun time while staying at Rocky's. We highly recommend it!"

"I stayed at this townhouse for 3 days.Pros:•Excellent location, very close to Berry Tennis Center and downtown.•Quiet neighborhood. •Laundry and shower essentials were provided, which was convenient.Cons:•Communication with the property manager was difficult; messages often went unanswered for more than 24 hours.•On arrival, the fridge had been unplugged for some time and was warm, and the microwave didn’t work. Unfortunately, it took two days for the manager to respond.•Sugar ants kept reappearing near the kitchen sink even after multiple cleanings and sprays.•The lawn could use better maintenance.•No checkout instructions were provided, which made departure unclear.Overall, the location and quiet setting were great, but the lack of responsiveness and maintenance issues made the stay less smooth than expected."
