"This gem was an unexpected find! Of course, the photos show it's beautiful but the experience itself was priceless. Pattie and her family gave us wonderful hospitality throughout the entirety of this stay. They not only wanted to make sure that we had a wonderful experience but also went above and beyond to show how much they cared and sincerely appreciated us. This wonderful ranch is straight out of a Thomas Kinkade painting and the home has everything you would need and more! The beds are super comfortable with many touches of timeless quality that are no longer available today."

"Very nice and well located. Wi-Fi and tvs great. Clean and although didn’t check everything seemed ok. Bathroom sink faucets not working but it was to be taken care of. Online listing pretty accurate but check in at 4 instead of 3 and didn’t get check in info until a few hours before checking in not 3 days before that I’d read which led to anxious moments for me. Listing said sleeps six but only the bedroom bed and sofa bed. We brought a blowup air mattress which worked fine. Overall a wonderful place."

"A charming older, and slightly funky (in a good way) house off a dirt road in the country. We loved it! So quiet and peaceful. A short drive into the cute town of San Saba. Would definitely stay again, if I'm in the area. The host was very accomodating."

"Beautiful property in a secluded setting on a working ranch. As a surprise bonus, the owner supplied us with a dozen fresh eggs from their free range chickens. Yummy! The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, and there were plenty of big, thick, thirsty towels. Hubs forgot his charger, and the owner went above and beyond to mail it to us! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!"
