“We always love the Hyatt Hill country, with an impeccable staff, fantastic food at Stories restaurant, and the breakfast place! The pool area was nice and clean! We enjoyed the spa and our only suggestion would be to add seating in the spa area, as at the time that we went there was so little seating that people were literally sitting on the floor to be called back for their appointment. Other than that, it was a fantastic trip!”

“Pros: nice setting, safe area, beautiful grounds and views, western decoration. Cons: our room bathroom was in bad condition (stains on wall, black spots on toilet seat), room carpet had spots, loud A/C. Also the breakfast and dining options were very limited. It’s unfortunate because this place has much more potential.”

“No food offered on Monday and Tuesday. Restaurant closed. Lots of issues with the housekeeping getting rooms ready by 4:00pm for check in. Lots of people standing around waiting to check in so they could get dressed for dinner plans. Rooms are needing updates. New mattress, ac unit would not turn on and off. It would get cold then ZI would have to get up and turn it to fan several times. The temperature adjuster was broken (they glued it so you couldn't turn it). Hallways are dark (bulbs……
