"First off workers are great and just doing the best they can. We got there about 6:20 and check in was very rough. They have a very old system for taking payment took quite a while. First room they gave us the key lock did not work it just spun. They gave us another room and it worked. One nice thing is most rooms have covered parking. Our minivan fit under it just fine. "The staff was not at all friendly or helpful. Rather than opening the door for me when my hands were full they walked away. The room was just ok. The bed pillows were overdue for replacement. They were flat and old. The room was clean. The door did not close easily. The location is great and close to downtown and north Austin but being close to campus also meant the nights were a little noisy."
