The woman who helped me (she was at the computer to the far right if you're looking at the concierge desks) was phenomenal, I was going through something personal and booked the hotel last minute with my kids. I booked for the wrong dates and I lost it. It was the scariest weekend of my life, was crying and was probably rude, but as soon as I explained my situation - she promptly changed my dates, helping me get the same rate I booked , and pointed out everything we could do that would entertain my kids and help me not have to stress a hotel stay. We had a safe, clean, and well fed mini vacation. Her kindness was much needed at that moment. We even decided to return next week, this time just because we want to.

The Drury plaza hotel resort , This hotel was one of the best hotel I stayed at .We travel here with the family to look at some colleges in the area even though this hotel is in the middle of nowhere, the amenities, staff, attention, cleanliness, and overall good breakfast, fresh hot popcorn, daily, and the evening, dinner buffet and free parking is top notch. I’ve stayed at Marriott And other high-end five-star hotels this hotel is by far better than any other hotel. I’ve stayed at due to the fact of the cleanliness, nice staff, and all of the free and welcoming atmosphere.

I will stay was excellent. The hotel is very clean. Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast that was included was very good. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Drury. We will use this hotel again when we return to Richmond.

We love staying with Drury. This was our first time at the one in Richmond and it did not let us down. The room was great - no complaints. The free breakfast and dinner are amazing! We will definitely stay here again.

It was crowded and loud due to many camps that were there. Doors were be slammed shut and young people running up and down the halls. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.
