This hotel is so outdated and falling apart. I reserved 1 room for my family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 child). The room smelled awful, only had ONE towel. There were no bed sheets- the sofa bed didn’t have any fitted or flat sheets and was dirty. The bathroom door did not close properly. The bathroom light switch and outlet plugs were cracked. Only 1 bar of soap, and no extra trash bags or even an ice bucket. Every surface area was sticky and dusty, as if it was not cleaned in weeks. No housekeeping whatsoever during our 2night stay. Front desk at check in was not clear with communication. At checkout, no one was at the front desk. It’s almost as if no one works at the hotel. Not worth the $240 I paid WHATSOEVER. I would definitely not recommend, and would not stay again.

Room smell like someone pee on the carpet. The room wasn’t even clean properly. Bathroom door would even close properly. The couch look like it had blood including the paper towels in the kitchen were dirty. The clerk was not caring my husband told them about the bathroom door not closing right and he was just on his phone and didn’t seem like he care. The closet had bugs too.

This was billed as a nicer hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom, with 2 queen beds. Instead, this place is an extended stay that does not look nice and doesn't even have a second room. There's one bed and a couch. Checked their website again after looking at the room and talking to the clerk. This is false advertising.
