This time of year there were not a lot of people there. We had the entire place to ourselves which was really nice. I left one message for housekeeping about items that we needed and something that was broken and they took care of it the same day

Our condo faced the golf course so we had no one in front and the views were great! Inside it was clean and kitchen was fully stocked to make it a second home with plenty of room.

Newer unit, close to skiing, loved the spaciousness and the amenities like the jacuzzi. I wish they had pillows of different heights. All six were the same and too high for me. After waking up several times, I just turned a towel into a lower pillow. Sofa bed mattress uncomfortable, but this is a common isdue with sofa beds. Wish they had told me beforehand to bring paper towels or napkins to save us a trip out. Could hear people upstairs (kid jumping?) and the group next door but they got quiet before it got too late. Everything else was great.

Upon checking i arrived almost 4 pm i was told by rep my room will be ready 2-3 hrs. I told him you mean in an hour? Checking is @ 5. After he finished checking me in then he said my room will be ready in 3-4 hours.
