It was a pleasant stay I would just update the pics of the pool because it was nothing like it's pictured. Which is why I booked in the first place. OtHer than that the beds were comfy and the breakfast was pretty good

Property was filthy. Ants running rampant along the air conditioning. Floors in the room as well as tops of furniture was sticky. Apparently no one even cleaned the room before renting it to the next party. Pool area was disgusting. Water was so dirty you couldn’t see the sides of the pool. Pool chairs were dirty and ripped. I had to leave and pay for another hotel property.

Never would stay here again not even for free. Stinks smells like weed marijuana in hallways. Dirty. Breakfast was horrible eggs were like water and everything was cold. Pool had so much bleach made your eyes waters before getting in the pool. Dogs barking across hall. Microwave didn’t work and they didn’t switch rooms or bring us another like they said when checking out I was basically told oh well.

The pool is not what is pictured. There’s no gym as mentioned. The keys wouldn’t work to the rooms. Then when given another key that key wouldn’t work to the outdoor doors to get back in the hotel. They said breakfast was from 7-9 but it’s really 7-8:15 after 8:15 you get whatever is left. The people are friendly and the staff did try to make up for where the trip fell short. Overall the stay was ok it could have been a lot better though

When we showed up lastnight to check in the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. When we went into our room we noticed it wasn’t the cleanest(beds as in the sheets, tub, floor, and there wasn’t enough towels for the 6 people I booked the room for). We made due and did not complain because it was a lot better then the other places we stayed at. This morning we got up early as breakfast only goes from 7-9 so we arrived at 8. There was nothing stocked and my child also received expired milk. When approaching the lady working (Lillian) she was very rude and disrespectful. She most definitely could not keep up things as she was on her phone the whole time we was in there. If it wasn’t in her hand then she had an ear piece in her ear. It was one of the worst breakfast experiences we have had. We also could not get juice out and everyone kept telling her and all she could say is they are full so it’s working well come to find out they had the machine turned off. After turning it back on she turned it off another time and would not let anyone have a drink. We was highly upset with the service we received. When I walked up to the front desk to ask for extra towels I had to stand there for several minutes before she would even come see what I needed.

I stayed at the same place 6 or 7 years ago. Everything was fine. Property is now rundown. Shower was dirty and had remnants of soap in the soap dish. TV was difficult to turn on but I finally was able to get it on. Then I couldn’t shut it off. Ended up sleeping with it on with volume down! The curtains were ripped. Had to use a clothes hanger to clip then closed. ( I was on the first floor facing the parking lot and couldn’t leave them open. I certainly won’t be staying there again!

This hote had a lot of problems. Upon entering, I noticed the automatic doors didn’t shut properly, obviously needing repairs. The elevator was creaky, slow, and felt unsafe as it didn’t feel very secure. When we got to the hallway, I noticed lots of areas on the walls were missing siding, and/or had parts of siding hanging loosely off of the wall. Inside our room, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and the TV didn’t work. For the last two conditions, we requested a different room at the front desk, and this is when things went more positively. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and very gracious, and offered us a different room with a working TV and locking bathroom door, which we really appreciated. The factors I know LaQuinta cannot have helped were some noisy neighbors in other rooms, when we heard some repeated banging, which I believe were doors being closed late at night. Also, (again, not LaQuinta’s fault) the nearest restaurant (Burger King) was extremely dirty, very poorly run, and didn’t have fries when we went there in the evening (a little after 7:00), which seems impossible for a burger place to not have. Overall, staff was wonderful, but the facility needs a LOT of work.

The property was not like it showed on the website, very misleading with a terrible smell , my 8 year old was bitten by bed bugs , walking up to the property trash bags on the ground and a man sitting on the trash can , pull out sofas were old and had a smell , this was the worst hotel out of my 55 years I stayed, it’s very unacceptable

The rooms were dirty. The sheets and bed were very dirty. The bed had blood stains on it. The lock was broken. We were unable to get a key for our room. House keeping left a dirty wash rag in the room and they did not put wash rags in the room. We had to change our own sheets. There was mold in the bathroom. My grandchildren were traumatized when they saw the blood. Someone tried to enter our room with the master key while we were sleeping. There was no smoke detector in our room. We had to leave and go home. And it was not only us, it was other guest also. When we went to the front desk it was a guest screaming at the desk clerk telling her he wanted a refund because his room was so dirty also. He left also. This was a horrible experience. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The indoor pool was shut down and in need of repair...this was not listed on the website. The hallway and elevator had a repugnat odor. The room had pool towels to use instead of bath towels. There were tiles cracked in the bathroom and there was hair stuck to the bathtub and shower wall like it hadn't been wiped down in months. The front staff were very polite and accommodating.

It was very noisy late into the night - yelling and pounding. Bad enough that I was contemplating calling the police. The one bedspread appeared soiled & the hallways looked kind of gross. At breakfast, they only had 1 person struggling to keep up with restocking everything and she really was trying but it was obviously way too much for 1 person to handle. The yards around the hotel were littered with trash.
