Great stay! The hotel was amazing and the gallery art was so fun and thought provoking! Loves the sustainability with the reverse osmosis water filtration system! Rooftop bar had great views! Bed were fabulously comfy! Morning coffee delish! And go for the egg sando for breakfast; the croissant was so delectable! Totally would stay here again!

Arrived at 5 pm and the room I reserved was not ready. They gave me another room, but it was not the room I reserved. I opened the fridge in the room to place a bottle of water in it. There was an old, half eaten salad in it. Valet staff was excellent, but front desk staff (based on 3-4 interactions were ok, but not especially friendly.

An adorable, funky hotel close to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were somewhat rude, seemed to have our confirmation wrong (we booked for two nights and their computer showed one), but before I could locate the confirmation on my phone, they wanted me to book another night. We gave up on ordering food at the hotel lobby after being seated and no one came to take our order. The staff seemed untrained and inexperienced. The rooms were lovely and a lot of personal touches, such as a sound machine to block street noise and robes.

I loved the aesthetics of the space; absolutely beautiful. But the mattress gave me a backache, the blackout curtains they claim on their site do not exist: Both of these issues impact sleep, which is ultimately why we book a hotel.
