The rooms and property need a major upgrade but the staff is very friendly and they maintain what they have the best that they can. Parking is abundant and the room was well insulated and quiet. The bed was comfortable. This is an affordable motel if you're on a strict budget like I was.

Desk staff friendly. Easy check in, 11:30pm. Room undesirable- had to move the bed/ mattress to plug in lamps, remote didn't work for tv, hairdryer didn't work, tub had rusty spots, curtain over windows on bad shape and not fully hung, some celling panels look like they'll fall down, no security chain on the door, could feel springs or coils in the mattress on the edges. Do not recommend this hotel.
