The property is located in a central location in the city however the valet parking area is challenging when they are busy. Took quite some time to get someone to get the car at check-in. Went to front desk and the wait was about 20 minutes and they didn't have the room we reserved. The person helping us just said she would be back and didn't return and sent someone else over, very unprofessional. Then after being told they didn't have a room and they realized we were upset, a room became available. The restaurant was the bright spot, food was amazing. Around 2am there was a random knock on the door, that woke us up. Then around 9am the housekeeper came and aggressively knocking again and woke us up again. Definitely not a restful stay. Other than the food, I will be going back to Hilton. Sorry Hilton, I should have known not to betray you!

First, we had to wait five hours for Room to become available and we had two rooms one that was for my mother who was in a wheelchair unfortunately had to wait in the lobby for five hours for a room. It was a busy weekend. It seems like the staff was not able to deal with large crowds, etc., and although the dining is separate, the customer service was very poor and even just explaining why they couldn’t accommodate us very poor experience at this hotel
