A few mats for floor work would be helpful. Greatly appreciated the 24-hr laundry facilities with well maintained, clean machines that were available to use for no charge. Good variety for breakfast in welcoming and comfortable dining area. Dining staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved our stay.”

“The room looked nice at first, but it was not very clean. This is our second Time staying here due to the wastewater convention that occurs here in Waco and the convention center. The inside of the microwave door had food left from a previous guest, and the shower floor was very dirty. There was hair everywhere—on the tables, pillows, and beds—and some of the towels and a pillowcase had stains. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing. 2.0 -2.5 Maybe there was an animal in this room. We……
