"The tiny house was everything we expected it to be. Just amazing. The location was perfect and the view was spectacular. It’s only about a 10-15 minute drive into town and just as close to the caverns. The owner lives next door and was very attentive to anything we may have needed which was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet getaway for the weekend."

"Cub Acre Farm was right up our alley! We love old homes, especially farmhouses. It was secluded, quiet, inviting, and peaceful. The view from the back porch was spectacular and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our meals. The only thing I would change is the availability of a washer and dryer. We are looking forward to staying again!!"

"We stayed at the lovely farmhouse and had the most relaxing time. The large porch, swing, and chairs is where we spent the majority of our time. When we were inside, the large sectional allowed our whole family to sit together, play cards, and listen to music. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept wonderfully with the black out curtains. The bathrooms were all well appointed and we were grateful to have the washer and dryer on site as well. "The four of us came to John's place with different needs: the kids wanted open space to fly a little plane they received at Christmas, my husband wanted to be close enough to a coffee shop and I wanted hilly open space and a house with charm. Incredibly we all found what we were looking for. It was the perfect spot for us. We also highly appreciated John's overall kindness and ways of communication."

"Our group stayed here to celebrate a birthday and go to the wineries around the Shenandoah Valley area. This rental is great and I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay as well. The rooms were all very spacious and comfortable, and our group loved the hot tub. It was a little chilly when we stayed there so we didn't get to sit on the patio as much, but next time we go down hopefully the weather will allow it."

Only suggestion that I have for guests is to be sure you bring towels, cooking oil, extra paper towells, and coffee/tea of your choice. Otherwise, everything is provided!"
