“It was fun being in the center of town! We walked to coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The Greenway was a pleasant way to wind down the day…with a pleasant walk along the creek. The house is only a few miles from Luray Caverns which we visited one afternoon. It is also a short drive to Shenandoah National Park. The house provided a comfortable spot to spend a relaxing evening after hiking all day! The rooms were clean and welcoming. The host responded quickly to all of our questions in……

“The condo was extremely dirty with dry wall all over the floor and counters that got all over all our clothes. Had musty smell. Owner did not disclose that downstairs was also a VRBO and we thought it was a spa and heard people yelling and arguing at 2am. Overall negative experience would not recommend. Oh also AC barely worked was very hot ”

“The listing indicated pets were welcome and we were able to bring our 13 year old dog, who loves traveling with my husband and I. There was some initial confusion after we booked the Schoolhouse, saying pets are prohibited. Through contact with the host, it was cleared up pretty quickly. All in all, the place was comfortable and we had what we needed to cook a couple of meals. I loved the area and enjoyed walking our dog on the state-maintained back roads. We would have liked to take advantage……

“Excellent stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming and beautiful one bedroom loft. Every convenience you could ask for was present. Take a visit to Jon Henry General Store next door for fresh meats, produce, pastries and apple butter, jams or jellies. Great place to capture canoes , gifts you name it. ”

“Nice location very close to the wedding we were attending. The house was cute and fit our needs as we were traveling with family. Appreciated that we could bring our pets along. Loved the hot tub. The fenced in yards were helpful. A couple of suggestions would be to mow the grass. It was really high in the front and back yard which made it hard to use the fire pit. We pulled all the weeds in the fire pit but the grass was just too high around it to comfortably sit. Another issue was the house……
